Armonia 5.0 has, as a starting point, a production capacity, in semi-automatic mode, of 1200 sticks/hour effective and is upgradable.
As production requirements change, even over the years, we can add modules, modify the equipment, go from semi-automatic to automatic, from 1200 to 2400… 3… 6000 pieces/hour.
The machine can be equipped to produce a wide range of hot cast cosmetic sticks such as: lipsticks, slim sticks, lip balms and make-up sticks, because it can handle diameters ranging from a minimum of 6 mm to a maximum of 22 mm.

We have designed a powerful preheating system for the silicone moulds that guarantees perfect control of the temperatures and shapes of the moulds during the entire journey and at the exact moment when they must receive the bulk poured. The path of the moulds continues without interruption towards an equally performing and carefully controlled cooling system of the poured sticks so as to ensure, for each type of product, always and in every case the maximum production performance.
Armonia 5.0 has been designed with maximum efficiency in mind and, as its name suggests, is perfectly harmonized with a simple and intuitive operator control system so that it can be immediately understood and used by the operator.
The software we have developed for this machine allows total control of the production process so as to guarantee, for every type of production, not only maximum simplicity of use but also maximum product quality.
